Setup starts with a working session where we map your pay rules, cut-off schedules, allowances, deductions and approval flow. You nominate a payroll lead and an HR contact; we configure Payruler around your policies and test it against a recent payroll before you switch over. The timeline depends on headcount, number of entities and how many custom rules you have, and we agree it with you up front.

Yes. Whether your records live in spreadsheets or another payroll system, we help you clean, map and import employee profiles, compensation details and opening balances. We then compare Payruler’s results with your previous payroll so differences are caught before your first live run.

Your employee and payroll data belongs to your company. With a premise installation it stays on your own servers. With our hosted service, we manage the environment on your behalf, and we walk your IT and compliance team through hosting, backups and export options during the demo so you can assess them against your own policies.

Yes. Access is set by role, so payroll officers, HR staff, department heads and employees each see only what their job requires. Sensitive figures such as salaries and adjustments can be limited to the people who process and approve them.
